Just Arrived at the Empire Hotel!

Just arrived at the Empire Hotel in Wan Chai on the main island in Hong Kong.  On my plane ride I began to understand why Asians take pictures of things in the United States that we find trivial because I too was taking those photos - starting with the map route on my airplane television.  Next I rode the Airport Express MTR which was the fastest subway I've ever been on. The city is boisterous, everything is very big and there are neon lights everywhere.  My travel buddy, Ian was supposed to be here by now but his flight is delayed until tomorrow morning.  Now off to buy a SIM card and explore!
